LifeTIME aS WW EVOLVES

WW changed my life, particularly the WW D360 coaches. I have attended workshops in mutliple countries and I am totally committed.

At the same time, I see that WW is a company that goes through evolutions, has struggles, and - as I saw with the end of D360 and Personal Coaching - pivots based on the bottom line.

So, what am I doing?

  1. Track on Paper.

    1. I have the Success Planner throwback and WW (and similar) journals, which I still use because the app changes a lot and I don't want to depend on it. I use it daily but I don't want to be locked into the technology.

  2. I have a journal with notes on The Weekly and notes from meetings.

  3. I engage in programs that are similar to WW, so I can stay aligned.

  4. I buy the WW cookbooks, not just for the recipes but because they have plan information and guidance. I became Lifetime with Blue, but I have Freestyle, SmartPoints, Blue (Purple.Green), and Personal Points cookbooks.

  5. I follow WW Coaches and Ambassadors on Instagram, as well as the D3660 coaches and inspiring people.

Finally, this site. I am using it for myself more than anyone else, and hoping to connect with other lifetime members. I am on Instagram as @lifeatlifetime and Reddit as @lifeatlifetime.

I am going to use this for anyone who wants to get involved in a Google Group or some way of staying connected. I won't share your email addresses or anything. I am just trying to think of how we can stay connected.
